SikaRoof® TurfPave® HD
SikaRoof® TurfPave® HD is a grass stabilisation module designed to create permeable and green pathways for non-motorised vehicles and pedestrian traffic, and functions as an erosion control measure. Modules are manufactured from recycled polypropylene (PP) with cells 35 mm high, providing protection against soil and root compaction. SikaRoof® TurfPave® HD modules interlock with adjacent modules for easy installations and are placed directly on a bed of levelling sand, on the compacted hardcore and sub-base.

Application
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Sub-base shall be excavated and levelled to a depth dependent on the amount of compacted sand or gravel base using a mechanical plate compactor or compaction roller to meet the design load specifications. Base course shall be laid down and compacted with washed sand or 2 - 5 mm gravel or whichever meets road base construction specifications.
APPLICATION
SikaRoof® TurfPave® HD shall be loosely laid on a layer of levelling sand if the surface is uneven, and interlocked with adjacent modules connected by proprietary in-built clips to form a continuous grass paver and drainage layer without any mechanical fixing to the compacted hardcore or sub-base. The installed grass paver and drainage modules would then be filled with the planting media.
